10am Thai Boxing fitness class 

6pm grappling for MMA 

7pm Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class (BJJ) 

**Friday**

10am open matt 

6pm k-1 kick boxing class 

**Saturday**

10am Thai boxing fitness 

11am sparring 

**Sunday**

9:45am Mix Martial Arts class (MMA)

**How to Join a Class**

To join a class you first have to simply book on TEAM UP (add team up link) portal, arrive at the gym a few minutes before the scheduled start time. Our friendly instructors will be there to welcome you and help you get set up. All classes may require advance registration, so please check you have booked for class.
